Dunn Development Corp. has inked a 99-year lease for Queens Hospital Center's historic T-Building with plans to convert the structure into 205 apartments, including 75 apartments for homeless patients discharged from the nearby hospital. "The idea is to serve people whose housing instability or lack of housing impacts their health," says Dunn honcho Michael SameLastName. Half of the remaining apartments will be given to people living within the borders of Queens Community Board 8. [Courier; Q-Stoner; previously]
