Everyone was fairly nonplussed by this week's Pricespotter, a two-bed, two-bath co-op in Carnegie Hill which elicited responses ranging from "This place is nice." to "Boring." Most of guesses were under the actual $1.549 million asking price, but a few commenters came close, including jamesismoi, who wrote, "based on what I can make out in the photos, it's located at the back of the building. Oh, and window AC units ugh," Countess Luanne, who wrote, "No bells and whistles here, but it looks homey and well maintained," and Avalyn, who took the opportunity to point out a typo. Congrats, one and all.
