The eight-unit rental building at 19 Saint Johns Place in Park Slope was purchased by an LLC for $625,000 in 2003, according to public records. In 2008, permits were filed for architects Stephen B. Jacobs Group to convert the building into condos. And now, four of those condos have finally hit the market, with prices starting from $631,000 for a 601-square-foot studio. The newly renovated apartments feature, large windows, french doors, and, in the smaller units, pretty underwhelming kitchens.
