The long-stalled site at 5 West 125th Street in Harlem is finally seeing some action, as the Aurora Capital Associates' and Adjmi family's 130,000-square-foot retail and rental development made rapid progress in the latter half of 2014. Now up to three stories (Bed Bath & Beyond will lease the second floor; coworking space company WeWork will lease the third floor), with another three floors containing 30 rentals to come, the project appears to be on pace for its fall 2015 completion date. The West 125th Street Whole Foods, on the other hand, is still having work done its foundation, according to Harlem + Bespoke.
