Pricing has been revealed for the 19 affordable units (out of 91 total) in SK Development Group's and CB Developers' 200 East 39th Street, rising to 19 stories on the former site of the Frontier Diner. Brick Underground reports that the building will charge $847 for the five studios (for tenants making between $30,720 and $35,280 annually), $909 for the 11 one-bedrooms ($32,880 to $40,320), and $1,101 for the three two-bedrooms ($39,532 to $50,340). 50 percent of those units will be set aside for current residents of Community District 6. The 72 unaffordable units will, obviously, be quite a bit more expensive, though pricing for them has yet to be revealed.
