According to permits spotted by NY YIMBY, the increasingly ubiquitous ODA Architecture has been tapped to design one of the buildings at the Rheingold Brewery site megaproject in Bushwick. Developed by Simon Dushinsky of Rabsky Group, the building at 10 Montieth Street, one of a planned 10 (containing a total of 977 rental apartments), will rise to 80 feet, with seven stories and 398 apartments. If ODA's recent work is any indication, it will be on the architecturally ambitious end of the spectrum. The other interesting aspect of the plans is that apparently 26 of the apartments will be in the building's cellar. Hopefully, that's not where they're sticking the affordable units.
