Developer Louis Greco, part of the team behind Richard Meier's On Prospect Park, will be converting and expanding the current Downtown Brooklyn home of Brooklyn Community Services. Plans to double the seven-story building in size were filed in late December, and initial renderings were created by architects GF55 Partners. The remade building will hold 100 apartments and a 17,000-square-foot office condo, which BCS will own and continue to occupy. [WSJ; previously]
