Now that closings at One57 are hitting public record fast and furiously, it's time to start identifying buyers at the next Midtown megatower to complete construction. That would be the (here we go again) tallest residential tower in the Western hemisphere, 432 Park Avenue, where work has resumed after a pipe fell from the 81st floor. So with safety concerns stowed away, it's onto speculation that Douglas Elliman brokerage scion Howard Lorber bought a half-floor unit 67 levels up that asked $30 million, while his partner Bennett LeBow, a financier and philanthropist, bought a similar unit on the 64th floor.
