PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: A "junior one bedroom" on the Upper East Side
Maintenance: $952

This perfectly respectable one-bedroom co-op may not have a lot of closets, but it at least has a decent amount of built-in shelving that's good looking, to boot. Every room in the house has a window, and the bedroom is partitioned off from the living room with doors that also allow light (but not, unfortunately, privacy.) The apartment has hard wood floors, and the building lobby and stairwell were "recently renovated." How much is this petite, yet functional uptown abode asking? Leave your guess in the comments.
