Real estate-loving billionaire Roman Abramovich isn't done shopping for his megamansion. He already scooped up three Upper East Side townhouses at 11 to 15 East 75th Street, and now the Post reports that he also wants to buy the 18-unit rental building at 9 East 75th Street. The building measures 13,176 square feet, which means that combine with the other three buildings, the new mammoth mansion would be more than 38,000 square feet and take up about a 1/4 of the block. Curbed commenter plastic said Abramovich "wants to buy the entire block, basically," so there may be even more after this.
