With Robert Durst's tell-all documentary set to air in six days, the rest of his family is seeking a court order to find out how the filmmaker gained access to confidential court videotapes. Robert's brother Douglas, head of the family's real estate empire, hired a lawyer to get director Andrew Jarecki "to disclose whether Robert Durst, who was acquitted in 2002 of the dismemberment of an elderly neighbor in Texas, or his wife, realtor Debrah Lee Charatan, gave him the tapes." Now we really can't wait to see the movie. [NYP/NYDN; previously]
