Crown Heights Gas Station To Give Rise To 133 Apartments

New, 4 comments

A Crown Heights gas station and car wash on Bedford Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Eastern Parkway will give rise to a rather large residential building. TRD reports that permits have been filed by the city for an eight-story, 133-apartment mixed-use building developed by Adam America and designed by the ubiquitous Issac & Stern Architects. The building will have 28 apartments on the second and third floors, 17 apartments on the fourth and fifth floors, 13 apartments on the seventh and eighth floors, ground floor commercial space, and a communal rooftop space. According to a press release, Adam America bought the site for $32.5 million. No word yet on whether the apartments will be rentals or condos.
