Interior designer Juan Pablo Molyneux, who is not responsible for the ridiculous $100 million penthouse in the City Spire building, has put his East 69th Street townhouse back on the market for $34 million after having listed it for $48 million in 2012. The limestone mansion is now listed by townhouse specialist Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens, and that, combined with the significantly lowered price indicate that Molyneux, who splits his time between New York and Paris, is really ready to part with the place. Highlights include the planted duplex roof terrace, backyard hot tub, and many more elements reflective of Molyneux's "maximalist" style.
