Sleep in a Glass Box Like a Zoo Animal in This Chinatown Loft

New, 6 comments

There is no conceivable reason for the walls of the partitioned off bedroom in this $1.25 million loft in the Garfield Building to be made of glass. But, then again, there's no reason for them not to be made out of glass either. Who needs privacy in a one-bedroom loft? And if your apartment was filled with exposed brick and huge windows, wouldn't you want to be able to look at it all the time, even from bed? Also, you could have guests over and do some weird performance art. Now that we think about it, the glass-walled bedroom is a severely underused design feature.
