With New York's rent stabilization laws set to expire on June 15, we're about to see one of the biggest rent wars ever, as pro-landlord and pro-tenant groups and politicians face off over how, or if, the laws should change. One Brooklyn landlord said the regulations are unfair, and compared renting to shopping. "We all pay the same price for a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk at a particular market.
