Tennis player-cum-pop singer Yannick Noah has put his 3BR/3.5BA co-op in 230 Central Park South on the market with an asking price of $9.5 million. Noah, who is best known for winning the French Open in 1983 and for fathering Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah, bought the duplex in 1995 with his second wife, Heather Stewart-Whyte, and later paid $500,000 to turn an adjacent studio apartment into the third bedroom. Noah and Stewart-Whyte split up in 1999 and he bought her share of the unit in 2010, according to city records.
