An exterior rendering has yet to be released for Euro Properties' new condo tower at 118 East 59th Street, but a tipster sent YIMBY a few interior renderings, giving the first real look at the coming development. Designed by SCDA Architects principal Soo Chan (who's also doing the Soori High Line), the 38-story building will rise 470 feet and hold just 29 units. This means that units will be big, and ceilings will be high, which is clear in these renderings. A triplex penthouse will ask $30 million, one-bedrooms will start at $2.9 million, and two-bedrooms will start at $3.7 million.
YIMBY's tipster also pointed out that the exterior of the building is rendered behind Euro Properties founder Neo Que Yau in his bio picture on the firm's website. The partial image shows a glassy tower of angled stacked boxes.
