Though things are still very good for the upper tier of the luxury real estate market, the trend of the most expensive apartments selling for under asking price is continuing into the new year, according to a report from Olshan Realty. The reason, broker Donna Olshan explains, is that "a lot of sellers test the market with high prices [as n]obody knows the [price] threshold."
