City Point's Market-Rate Rentals Show Themselves

New, 9 comments

Brooklyn's City Point megaproject is well underway: retail vendors (such as Trader Joe's) have been confirmed, some of the buildings have topped out, and a housing lottery opened in July for Tower One, the complex's affordable building. And today, City Point inched a little closer toward the finish line: City Tower, one of the market-rate buildings that's part of phase two of the project, launched a website that includes renderings, floorplans, and—most importantly—pricing. Right now, only six units on the building's 20th floor have been posted, with prices ranging from $2,350 to $4,550 for a two-bedroom. The building, designed by COOKFOX, also features plenty of amenities. From the press release:

Outdoor amenities at City Tower are focused on allowing each resident the opportunity to unwind, with a quarter acre green terrace on the 18th floor, and a landscaped sky terrace on the 43rd floor. Wellness is central to the property's indoor amenities, which include a basketball court, health club, and residents' lounge with café. Additional amenities at the full-service building include 24/7 doormen, bicycle storage and business center. Fun! Interested parties can apply online or in person at the City Point sales office in Downtown Brooklyn.
