Name/Address: XOCO 325, 325 West Broadway
Developer & Architect: DDG
Size: 21 "residences"
Prices: from $2.5 million
Sales and Marketing: Corcoran Sunshine Group
Just a few months after the weirdly-named XOCO 325 launched its teaser site (complete with a baffling comic strip illustrating what we assume are two of the building's residents), developer DDG has officially launched sales for the condo at 325 West Broadway. The building, constructed on the site of a former chocolate factory, will have 21 one- to four-bedroom units, with the smallest one coming in at 1,055 square feet. The exterior design is meant to resemble the neighborhood's iconic cast-iron buildings, with a cast-aluminium facade that kind of looks like what would happen if Tim Burton built a Soho building. The apartments themselves have high ceilings and open floorplans, along with modern amenities like radiant-heat flooring and spare appliances. There are four apartments currently on the market, with the smallest being a $2.625 million one-bedroom, and the largest a $7.65 million four-bedroom.
