Say hello to the next big Nomad development: The century-old building at 212 Fifth Avenue, currently in the process of being converted into 48 condos by Madison Equities, recently launched sales. Today, a new batch of interior renderings were released for the property, showing some of the ultra-luxurious decorative elements that will be found throughout, such as Calcatta gold marble, chevron-patterned oak floors, and steam showers. Of course, all of those fancy amenities won't come cheap: There are currently nine units listed on the development's website, with the least expensive one being a 1,500-square-foot two-bedroom priced at $3.9 million; the biggest and most expensive is a 4,155-square-foot four-bedroom, for $16.1 million.
