Rents for the Holy Tostitos' 142 affordable apartments start at just $565 for a studio. One-bedrooms start at $607, two-bedrooms at $735, and three-bedrooms at $843. Of course, income restrictions apply. Considering that 91,000 people submitted applications to live in the just-as-far-west and considerably less cool Sky's 245 subsidized rentals, the number of applicants for Viayes, that's its official namemay veer into the six-digits.
Market rate rentals in the building are expected to be available in early 2016.
