COOKFOX's Midtown East Tower Looks Nearly Complete

New, 2 comments

The last time we checked in with COOKFOX's 29-story tower at 301 East 50th Street, it had just topped out and was more than 30 percent sold. Now, a little more than a year later, the building is starting to look like the renderings we've seen of it (though it's still too early to play "rendering vs. reality" just yet). New photos from Tectonic show that the limestone cladding has been added to the exterior, giving it that "French moderne" feel that has been so highly touted with this development. There are still some units available in the Midtown East building (we'll never call it NoMid and you can't make us), all in the $3–$4 million range.
