Peek Inside Soho's Chocolate Factory Turned Condos

New, 8 comments

It's been a long road for the conversion of the former chocolate factory at 325 West Broadway, known as XOCO 325 (xoco being Catalan for "chocolate"), but the residential project is finally coming together. Field Condition got an exclusive tour of the construction, inside and out. You can see the façade-covering mesh, units that are already staged, the fitness center, and the garden.

The project has been in the works for seven years, but really started progressing when DDG took over in 2012 and got approval for the current design from the Landmarks Preservation Commission in 2013. There will be 21 units across nine floors. A one-bedroom is currently going for $2.625 million and a four-bedroom is currently going for $7.65 million.
