Collegiate School's Upper West Side Expansion Gets New Look

New, 2 comments

The Collegiate School's Riverside Center expansion has a new look courtesy of project architects Kohn Pedersen Fox, who replace Gluck+ after their design was panned by Community Board 7. YIMBY got its hands on a new rendering for the project that will rise within Extell's Riverside Center development on the new Freedom Place South (ugh) throughway. The all-boys school building will stand ten stories and cover 124,000 square feet. YIMBY reports that the plan received partial DOB approval in late August, meaning that work should begin on the project in the near future.

Kohn Pedersen Fox is also designing a stepped two-tower building for the mini-megaproject. (↓)
