Quirky Greenwich Village Studio With Loft Bed Wants $545K

New, 11 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

We know what you're thinking: The words "charming" and "loft bed" probably shouldn't be anywhere near the same sentence. But hear us out: This Bleecker Street studio actually lives up to that description, with high ceilings (along with what the brokers are calling a "gallery" in the living room—i.e., enough space for pictures), large windows, and a wood-burning fireplace. The lofted area is big enough to fit a queen bed and has a skylight (which can be a plus or minus, depending on whether or not you identify as a morning person). There's also a huge storage area tucked underneath the loft, which could come in handy. The whole thing is available for $545,000.
