Glass-and-Brick LIC Building Looks Just Like It Promised

New, 8 comments

Ranger Properties's 48-unit condo building at 41-07 Crescent Street has been in the works for about a year now, and today, The Court Square Blog reports that the facade appears to be all but finished. Architecture firm Fogarty Finger designed the building, which actually doesn't look too dissimilar from the initial renderings that were circulated last year. The exterior is made from red brick, with floor-to-ceiling windows on each floor. The lower floors don't appear to be completed, but once they are, they'll house retail space.
