What/where: Studio in the Financial District
Square footage: N/A
Common charges: $659

As far as studios go, this Financial District pad is pretty darn roomy. There's a large separate kitchen with a pass-through bar, lots of storage, walnut cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The lofted sleeping area, located up a spiral steel staircase, makes good use of the unit's 16-foot ceilings, and the bathroom is lined with white glass tiles. The living room measures roughly 13-feet by 17-feet, but if that starts to get claustrophobic, the building offers a roof deck, lounge, and fitness center.
