The CNBC anchor who "outed" Apple CEO Tim Cook on live television last year has sold his eclectic West Chelsea pad. The Real Deal reports that Simon Hobbs has unloaded his three-bedroom apartment at 459 West 18th Street for $3.9 million. The buyer is the CEO of pharma firm Bristol-Myers Squibb. Hobbs picked the apartment up for $2.6 million in 2010.
