A 7,000 square-foot five-bedroom apartment in a Lincoln Square co-op building has finally gone into contract for a staggering $38 million, after it was originally listed for sale in February for $42 million. Overlooking Central Park, the apartment is located at 101 Central Park West, where Harrison Ford once owned a duplex. The owners, who won't publicly reveal themselves, purchased the apartment for $12.2 million in 2003, and completed a three-year-renovation of the project about eight years ago, according to the Wall Street Journal. Today, some of the most dramatic features include 14 single-pane windows running across the apartment, and a master bedroom with two bathrooms and an adjoining planted terrace.
