Morris Adjmi's Tribeca Condo Is Now Covered in Windows

New, 5 comments

The metal-and-glass facade at the Morris Adjmi-designed 290 West Street is now complete, a new set of images published by Field Condition reveal.

The building's square windows with black metallic plating are now completely devoid of any scaffolding. It stands nine stories tall and features 11 loft-style apartments. Sales launched in September 2014, and almost all apartments are in contract except for the penthouse, which is available for $15 million. Adjmi designed the project along with Aldo Andreoli's firm, AA Studio. The project is being developed by VE Equities.
