Candace Bushnell, the woman who created Carrie Bradshaw, sold her Greenwich Village one-bedroom for $2.6 million, a whole three years after it was originally listed, the New York Post, reports. The apartment is located in a pre-war building at 45 East 9th Street, a haven for celebrity residents like Barney's guru Simon Doonan, and his husband, designer Jonathan Adler, and none other than Mr. Big himself, Chris Noth. Bushnell's pad has 1,200 square feet of space and some of its stand-out features include its arched doorways and windows, a foyer at the entrance, and furnishings that exude an old world charm. Bushnell originally listed the apartment in 2012 for $2.8 million and then again this past August for $2.64 million.
