Retail To Accompany New Bowery Condos

New, 7 comments

For months, it has been known that a Morris Adjmi-designed condo building was to replace the vacant three-story building at 260 Bowery (between East Houston and Prince streets). Now, it is known that retail will accompany the eight-story, six-unit building. Premier Equities closed on site for $10 million, Commercial Observer reported, and plans retail from the cellar through the second floor. The other floors will feature one unit apiece.

Bowery Boogie reported that the site is part of the Special Little Italy District, which means the height is capped at 85 feet. The seller, Lyco Investment, began demolition at the site over the summer.
