Construction is now underway on Hello Living's eight townhouses in Prospect Heights, where prices will start from $3 million, 6sqft reports.

Hello Living purchased the 8,000-square-foot site, which is located at 22-36 Underhill Avenue between Dean and Pacific Streets, and previously contained a warehouse, back in 2013 for $2.1 million.

The architects on the project, Brooklyn-based firm Loadingdock5 have also released new renderings of what the townhouses will look like once they're complete. Each of the homes will feature a private terrace with an adjoining kitchenette, and underground parking spaces. The renderings reveal more the minimalist aesthetic Hello Living has gone for over and again in most of its other Brooklyn developments. Most recently, the real estate firm also a announced 23-story ziggurat-like tower in Flatbush.
