Previews have begun for friends and family, and early registers of the Norman Foster-designed, Aby Rosen-developed 100 East 53rd Street, and along with that comes the first batch of floorpans for the faceted tower (h/t BBH). Because the units aren't listed publicly, no new pricing info has been unveiled for the 61-story, 99-apartment development, and representatives for the project declined to elaborate but to say that sales will officially launch in January. The building's website has now moved beyond the teaser stage, and features the same first inside looks at the elegant, if not bland, William T. Georgis-designed interiors that made their rounds a month ago.

One of the ten floorplans now up for view is for the building's crowning duplex penthouse, which will cost a rumored $55 million (↑). Earlier reports pegged the building's least expensive apartment as a $3.3 million one-bedroom on the fifth floor.
