PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!
What/Where: 2BR/1BA co-op in Greenwich Village
Square Footage: n/a
Maintenance/CC: $2,069
There's a lot to love about this weirdly-shaped Greenwich Village apartment, billed as a two-bedroom (it has a sleeping loft and a smaller room that could be used as an office or a bedroom). There are the 16-foot ceilings, which let tons of light into the common area; there's the working fireplace, which will come in handy now that the weather is getting cooler; and then you have the somewhat impractical, but still quite charming, bookshelves built into a staircase. But the bathroom looks a bit small, and the maintenance cost—a whopping $2,069—might be off-putting for some. With all that in mind, how much do you think it's asking?
