Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
Apartments these days: they're either small, or terribly expensive. Or both. But this Ditmas Park one-bedroom is neither, and it's really refreshing. The co-op apartment on East 19th Street near Foster Avenue is a proper one-bedroom with an eat-in-kitchen, living room, large foyer, and a decent amount of closet space, so it really lives up to those "grand prewar proportions" its listing touts, especially for an apartment only asking $429,000. The apartment's prewar detail also extends to its lovely arched doorways.
