The penthouse that sits on top of the terracotta-clad 10 Bond must have really caught someone's eye, because after just 11 days on the market, the duplex has gone into contract (h/t NYP). The penthouse, designed inside and out by architect Annabelle Selldorf, unveiled itself on October 23 flaunting its 2,953-square-foot terrace, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. The duplex was asking $12.5 million, and given the expediency with which it flew off the market, we wouldn't expect it to have sold for a penny less.
