The Williamsburg loft once owned by late-aughts It Girl and model Agyness Deyn has sold for $3.1 million (h/t NYO). The Mill Building loft on North 3rd Street between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue has been on the market since August asking $3.65 million. Upon its listing, the apartment was hardly recognizable from Deyn's day when it more resembled Little Mermaid's hideaway than model's retreat, with an under the sea-themed paint job in the bedroom and assorted antiques and oddities placed throughout. The sellers remodeled the apartment's kitchen and overhauled its interiors, bringing it the staid Williamsburg of 2015 look it has today.
