Karl Fischer Designs a 44-Apartment East Harlem Building

New, 5 comments

A 44-unit residential building is headed to East Harlem. The 12-story structure will rise at 94 East 111th Street, at the corner of Park Avenue, and be designed by Karl Fischer Architects, according to 6sqft, which also published new renderings of the project.

The building will rise to 121 feet tall over 12 stories, and have 37,931 square feet of residential space, 4,742 square feet of commercial space, and 739 square feet of community facility space. The property was picked last fall by developer Isaac Schwartz and, perhaps inconveniently, is right next to the elevated Metro-North Railroad tracks.
