Just a few weeks after renderings emerged for the Herzog & de Meuron designed West Village condo building, 160 Leroy, floorplans for the project have also been unveiled, Buzz Buzz Home reports. And much like the whimsical exterior of the building, the floorplans do not disappoint.
Floorplans for seven apartments in the Ian Schrager developed project have currently been made available. They range in size from a one-bedroom with 1,096 square feet of space and go up to a 5,745 square foot five-bedroom penthouse.
The undulating floorplans mirror the curvy, glass exterior of the building. But regardless prospective buyers seem to be into it. More than half the condos at the building had already sold two weeks after sales launched. Prices range from $2.6 million for a one-bedroom to $25 million for the penthouse.
The 15-story building has a total of 49 apartments. The project is expected to be complete sometime next year.
