The condo conversion and expansion project at 22 Bond Street (a.k.a. 25 Great Jones Street) still has a way to go, but construction along Great Jones Street is apparent, as seen in photos taken by E.V. Grieve. Once upon a time, the site was going to be the Great Jones Hotel, but obviously that hasn't happened. What is happening is a widening of the building, but also a vertical shrinking. The building is going from 14 floors to 11 floors. Eventually, there will be a façade on Bond Street, but the building hasn't reached there yet.
