New Looks at Grade's 'Opulent' & Expensive Chelsea Condos

New, 9 comments

Grade Architecture's latest project, a six-story condo on the site of a former Hershey factory on 21st Street, is moving forward, with several new renderings for the "opulent and expensive" building (their words, not ours) now available (h/t BuzzBuzzHome).

The building will be broken up into nine units: six full-floor apartments, two duplex penthouses, and one townhouse (!). Per Grade's website, the apartments will be "bespoke in nature" with "thoughtful details that pay homage to the area's local heritage" alongside ultra-luxe (and, presumably, ultra-pricey) amenities. And if these renderings are anything to go by, it looks like outdoor spaces and a garage will be just some of those offerings.
