Soho's Flatiron-Like 10 Sullivan Nears Completion

New, 14 comments

The Flatiron Building-like structure in Soho has shed its scaffolding and now looks like a building nearly ready to welcome residents, according to photos by Field Condition. The name is 10 Sullivan, at the intersection of Sullivan Street, Sixth Avenue, and Broome Street, and it is a 16-story tall venture from Property Markets Group and Madison Equities. It will have 22 condominium units, including a penthouse triplex with 23-foot-ceilings!

The development also includes ground floor retail and four townhouses, but the townhouses seem farther from completion and still have their scaffolding. Completion of the entire project is expected next year and it was already 80 percent sold as of October.
