Sports Illustrated model and real-life love interest to Bradley Cooper, Irina Shayk, is selling her West Village apartment. Shayk picked the 2,462-square-foot Perry Street pad up for $1.96 million in 2010, and is now looking to unload the duplex for $3.995 million (h/t NYO). The apartment makes sense for someone as high-profile as Shayk—its lower level, which holds a bonus room, entertainment space, walk-in-closet, and bathroom, is underground with nary a window in sight, meaning plenty of privacy. The apartment is a corner unit, though, so the main floor's windows let plenty of light in.
