Modest Hotel Rising Near Hudson Yards Close to Completion

As construction continues on Related's massive Hudson Yards megaproject, the surrounding neighborhood is getting a facelift of its own. To wit: what was once a parking lot on the corner of Tenth Avenue and 35th Street is in the process of becoming a 17-story hotel designed by Aufgang Architects. Tectonic recently snapped some photos of the forthcoming hotel (h/t YIMBY), which has gotten its black-and-white facade and looks to be on time for its projected 2016 opening.
