Two-Bedroom Cobble Hill Co-Op With Deck Seeks $799K

New, 6 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

In Cobble Hill, where the median price range for apartments long ago topped $1 million, it can seem near-impossible to find an apartment that's actually moderately affordable. But this two-bedroom co-op on Pacific Street bucks that trend, offering two bedrooms for only $799,000 (plus an $896 maintenance fee). Granted, that's still not exactly cheap, but considering the location—between Smith and Court Streets, close to transit and plenty of other amenities—it's one of the less outrageous options you're likely to find. The apartment itself is charming, with plenty of storage, a cute kitchen, and lots of light. There's also access to a shared roof deck, along with a bike room and storage units in the basement.
