The condo conversion atop Adas Yisroel Anshe Mezritch Synagogue at 415 East 6th Street is one step closer to being realized, with sales (and a full website) officially launching this week. The project is rather small in comparison to other developments we've tracked this year, with just three units total. The synagogue will continue to occupy the ground floor, and there will be two two-bedroom units on the second and third floors, and a duplex penthouse on the top floors. The renderings below show some of the amenities—custom cabinets in the kitchen, huge soaking tubs in the bathrooms—but unfortunately, there's no view (yet) of the original stained-glass windows that can be found in the units. Of course, considering the size of the apartments and the location, they're pricey: the second-floor two-bed is $2.95 million; the third-floor unit is $3.25 million; and that penthouse, which has two private terraces, is asking $4.4 million.
