With the construction netting gone, Gale International's 15-story luxury building in the Flatiron District is just weeks away from occupancy, 6sqft reports.
The development at 21 West 20th Street has a total of 13 full-floor apartments, and all but two units have sold outthose being two of its four penthouses. Penthouse Two is currently on the market for $13.965 million and features four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Some of the highlights of the apartment include a 525-square-foot terrace, a 1,000-square-foot master bedroom, and 10.5-foot marble island in the kitchen. What's more is the developers now have a virtual walkthrough of the place for prospective buyers.
Apartments in the building ranged from a $2.495 million two-bedroom to a $17 million penthouse that went into contract earlier this year, according to 6sqft.
Gale International purchased the land, which was previously the site of a parking lot and a parking garage, for $28 million in 2007 from Extell Development.
Beyer Blinder Belle are the architects on the project, and David Mann did the interiors.
