A tipster sent a few pictures of the progress at Douglaston Development's third Edge tower, which is climbing to 40 stories along the East River in Williamsburg. The development is the third in a lukewarmly-received crop of towers along the Williamsburg waterfront of the same name, but will be the largest of the three with 554 apartments. "Looks like this one will have lots of balconies," our tipster writes. Although the building's Schedule A doesn't elaborate, it does make clear that the development will have a ninth-floor pool, parking for 160 cars, and a rooftop terrace.
